Tips on tummy sleeping
When lying down put a small pillow under your hips/pelvis.
Rest forehead, on a Head Rest with nose pointing down for best spine alignment.
Stretch every morning with Yoga, childs pose, cat and cow, downward dog are all good starters when done well.
