Shipping Policy

Shipping time and available methods:

US Customers:

·  USPS Parcel Post (2-9 days estimate)

·  USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days estimate)

·  USPS Express Mail (1-2 days estimate)

Our orders are shipped from our primary location in San Diego, CA.


Any questions about shipping time or an item’s availability should be addressed before item is purchased. If you do not see the shipping choice you prefer at checkout, please email us at admin@comfybreasts.com so we can address it for you. We do our best to get all orders hand-made, and shipped out within 1-3 weeks(Business Days! ...which does not include weekend days!) from the time of purchase. We ship Monday through Friday only. Any emails sent about changing shipping time or shipping address, should be sent immediately after ordering. If you do not get a response back by email, verifying your change, assume we did not get it, and email us again.

Tracking numbers are emailed when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking number please check your spam filters or junk mail. Contact us at admin@comfybreasts.com to have your tracking number resent.


International Customers:

·  USPS Priority Mail (6-10 days estimate)

·  USPS Express Mail (3-5 days estimate)

International Buyers – Please Note:

·  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

·  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

·  These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

·  We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

·  Shipping time is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed for international deliveries. ComfyBreasts™ is not responsible for packages not received within the estimated time.

Customers who choose an expedited shipping option, please be advised the shipping time is either estimated or guaranteed through the shipping courier and not through ComfyBreasts™. Any issues with shipping time, must be addressed directly with the shipping courier chosen. Contact info is available below.

Shipping Damages:
Be advised ComfyBreasts™ is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during shipment. Customers must inspect the package and its contents upon delivery. Any evidence of tampering or damage on the packaging should be reported to the driver and noted on receipt of delivery. Orders lost in transit must be reported to ComfyBreasts™ as soon as possible. We provide tracking numbers to each customer at the time of shipment. If you have received a damaged product or items are missing from your order please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. A claim must be filed with the shipping courier before any other steps can be taken. Be advised most shipping couriers only allow 15 days for a claim to be filed. Again, we are NOT responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
