Due to the fact that
the ComfyBreasts Pillows may be in direct contact with your unclothed body
just like underwear, there are absolutely no refunds on products already shipped and received by you!
Like many retailers, we guarantee our products;
if an item is defective in any way, you can send it back for a replacement.
Simply return the defective item for exchange, or repair.
If you have any questions about our guarantee, please, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you do not like the product for some
reason, we suggest you find a breast cancer survivor to donate it to,
but there are no returns or refunds for products you may not like for ny reason.
These are all hand-made, and custom to each order, and used products will not be refunded, for any reason.
Returns and Exchanges
Defective returns and exchanges of defective
products can be made by mail.
Please email our Customer Service, if you wish to return a defective product you ordered online.
Returning by mail
•Within the US: Returned defective items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular US Mail.
Ensuring your return allows you to track your parcel with the US Postal Service. Please Note: We cannot accept CODs or courier deliveries.
•Outside the US: Ship defective goods prepaid, by insured ground shipping. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write “U.S. Defective Goods returning” on the outside of the package.
Please Note for outside the US shipping: Do not return defective items by UPS or other carriers, as duty and / or brokerage fees will be charged, and your return will be refused by ComfyBreasts™.
If you are requesting an exchange of the defective
product, please remember to include sufficient payment for the return postage.
Where applicable, please contact your local customs office for information about any taxes or duties that may be assessed on a return shipment outside the US.
Please note: Our Processing Center cannot
accept returns in person.
